Mad Hatters

Mad Hatters and friends, the home of Lucy Davies and team, can be found in the heart of Nottingham city.

After studying in Salisbury, Lucy moved to London in 1987 and literally discovered a gap in the market, selling gents caps on Camden Market. She quickly followed the popularity of gent's caps with female hats of her own design, expanding her business from one to ten persons in staff.

The team are a highly skilled workforce of handsewers, cutters & machinists who are very much involved in the creative energy of Mad Hatters & Friends. The hats are cut from patterns so the team can make hats for any sized head.

We also produce Cocktails/Fascinators, Wax Hats, Wool & Tweed Caps & Soft Trilbys, Velvet & Fur hats.
